Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve day-to-day systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack
• Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root cause, and implement durable fixes
• Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects from requirement gathering to adoption
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions
• Implement SOPs and system controls to maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth
• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and onboarding content for GTM systems
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
• Experience troubleshooting integrations across connected GTM tools (CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, etc.)
• Strong data quality instincts and experience managing hygiene projects
• Ability to work 9 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday
