Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative workshops to elicit, analyze, and document business processes and functional requirements
• Author clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive process maps
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate business requests and prioritize the Salesforce backlog
• Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design scalable solutions
• Assess how new requirements affect existing platform architectures and integrations
• Design user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and coordinate testing cycles
• Serve as a functional lead on project teams to track project health and delivery timelines
• Promote platform standards and Salesforce-native best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis and functional design within Salesforce
• Solid working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, security models, and declarative automation
• Proven success leading functional phases of cross-functional Salesforce projects
• Ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with non-technical partners
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related digital communication components
