Responsibilities

  • Take strategic responsibility for multiple Salesforce customers and continuously develop their systems
  • Advise decision-makers on equal footing and proactively identify optimization potential in sales, service, and marketing processes
  • Manage consultants technically within the service environment and mentor junior colleagues
  • Implement best practices from managed services and actively develop the service area

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or comparable roles with direct customer responsibility
  • Profound Salesforce knowledge, ideally with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Experience in strategic customer consulting and translating complex requirements into concrete solutions
