Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce implementations for US law firms, from scoping and design through build, testing, and adoption
• Configure custom objects, fields, flows, automation, reports, and dashboards to fit client operations
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Gather requirements directly from clients and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive user adoption by working closely with client teams and ensuring configurations deliver measurable results
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in focused 4-week sprints

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and implementation experience
• Deep familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Proven ability to build and deploy custom objects, flows, automation, and reporting
• Experience with integration/automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) and REST APIs
• Professional English fluency (B2+ minimum)
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification preferred
• Client-facing experience preferred
