Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide architecture and development expertise for large enterprise Salesforce implementations based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions that align with both short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Develop custom Apex (triggers, classes), Apex batches and asynchronous processes; build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and other cloud or on-prem systems using best practices.
  • Lead data migration efforts, managed package development, and metadata management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate solutions across domains, and support deployments and release processes.
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to improve architecture, security, and performance.
  • Support DevOps processes (Git-based source control, metadata deployments, CI/CD practices) and access/compliance practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and at least 3 years in technical architecture or solution design.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Apex sharing/security, and asynchronous processing.
  • Expertise in LWC design, development and component architecture.
  • Proven experience designing and building integrations (APIs, middleware, web services).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration: object model, custom metadata/settings, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, flows and validation rules.
  • Experience with managed packages and enterprise-scale data migrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes (Salesforce metadata management, Git, deployment practices).
  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Conga CPQ / CLM development is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect or equivalent) preferred.
  • Prior experience on enterprise implementations and multi-cloud integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in agile delivery environments.
  • Experience working in or with UAE-based teams and knowledge of regional business processes is an advantage.
