Salesforce Field Service FSL Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) features including: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories
• Scheduling Policies, Dispatch Console, and Resource Management
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows related to FSL use cases
• Configure mobile workforce solutions, including FSL Mobile App setup and offline capabilities
• Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
• Integrate FSL with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems where required
• Support testing, bug fixing, deployment, and post-release stabilization
• Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to ensure best practices and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for performance and usability improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration
• Experience with Service Cloud and field service data models
• Good understanding of mobile workforce management concepts
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery models
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within defined timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Accreditation)
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Prior experience working with global or distributed teams
