Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services, including implementation, consulting, integration, and managed services.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors such as travel, hospitality, real estate, public sector, telco, banking, and retail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and alliances to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with internal strategy, design, and engineering teams to craft winning proposals and technical solutions.
  • Own the sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal closure targets within the UAE market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, DXP platforms, or consulting services sales.
  • At least 2+ years of experience specifically with DXP-related offerings.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, their business value, and the competitive landscape.
  • Deep knowledge of the UAE market with an existing network in enterprise or government sectors.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead strategic sales pursuits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting or advisory roles within the digital transformation space.
  • Experience working directly with or within DXP partner ecosystems.
