Salesforce Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and visioning workshops to assess current-state processes and desired future-state experiences.
• Develop actionable Salesforce roadmaps, capability models, and business cases aligned to client strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts, driving value realization and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Partner with architects and data specialists to define technical enablers for strategic recommendations.
• Shape existing projects into multi-phase, cross-cloud programs of work.
• Mentor consultants and functional leads in discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution definition.
• Contribute to practice development by refining frameworks and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce or digital consulting.
• Proven expertise across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic artifacts such as roadmaps and transformation blueprints.
• Salesforce certifications (Consultant or Architect level preferred).
• Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
