Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and visioning workshops to assess current-state processes, pain points, and future-state experiences.
  • Develop actionable Salesforce roadmaps, capability models, business cases, process blueprints and prioritization frameworks.
  • Partner with architects and data specialists to define technical enablers for strategic recommendations.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and drive CRM maturity, customer data strategy, and multi-cloud enablement.
  • Serve as strategic advisor and relationship owner for enterprise accounts, driving value realization and program expansion.
  • Shape projects into multi-phase, cross-cloud programs and support pre-sales pursuits and solution positioning.
  • Mentor consultants, refine practice frameworks and deliver internal enablement on Salesforce innovations.

  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Strong delivery of transformation artifacts (roadmaps, capability assessments, blueprints)
