Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and industry-specific clouds
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Evaluate and design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards for scalability, security, and performance
• Guide development teams through design reviews, best practices, and code quality oversight
• Define API standards and data models
• Support pre-sales activities through solutioning and effort estimation
• Create and maintain technical documentation including ERDs and sequence diagrams

Requirements

• 8+ years of client-facing consulting experience focused on Salesforce architecture
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce technical architectures
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security models, and deployment architecture
• Strong background in integration approaches including RESTful APIs and middleware
• Required certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and at least one Salesforce Architect domain certification
• Experience working in Agile project methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
