SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive solutions using SAP RE-FX.
• Implement, configure, and optimize RE-FX functionalities including contract management, billing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RE-FX with other SAP modules and systems.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on RE-FX processes and practices.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and customizations.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing RE-FX implementations.
• Stay informed about latest developments in SAP RE-FX and real estate management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years experience with SAP RE-FX or similar real estate management roles
• Strong understanding of real estate management processes (leasing, maintenance, billing)
• Experience with SAP integration practices and other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and data management practices

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in RE-FX or related areas
