SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Design and configure Employee Central components including Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Position Management, and Foundation Objects.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting, and People Analytics.
• Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP or third-party systems using Integration Center, SAP CPI, and middleware platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical configuration documents.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define HR processes and data models.
• Participate in data migration processes, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Support UAT, regression testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide post go-live support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central.
• Advanced configuration knowledge of Employee Central (Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, etc.).
• Proven experience with reporting tools like Story Reports and People Analytics.
• Solid experience with integrations, including Integration Center, SAP CPI, and OData/SFAPI.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).
• Experience in data migration and validation using Import/Export templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance & Goals.
• Experience integrating SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, and XML for integration troubleshooting.
• Experience working in consulting, system integrators, or SAP Partners.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in international projects or distributed teams.
