Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver digital finance solutions
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile principles
• Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Monitor progress and performance to help teams implement continuous improvements
• Plan and organize demos and product/system testing
• Ensure proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team
• Track project processes, deliverables, and financials
• Prepare and present status reports to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• 8+ years of experience in a technical field
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field preferred
• Experience in Business Analysis or the banking industry is a major plus
• Ability to work a Sunday to Thursday schedule
