Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Work as Scrum Master for a Global IT Consulting client in a hybrid Dubai setup.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure effective sprint execution.
• Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, escalate risks, and support delivery of committed sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise the backlog and optimise team flow.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira (board configuration, backlog management, reporting)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the Defence Strategic Framework and Defence Capability Life Cycle governance
