Responsibilities

• Follow agile methodologies and participate in scrum meetings and software quality audits
• Responsible for test creation and designing feature areas
• Perform business requirement analysis using Project Design and Business Requirement Documents
• Develop scalable test automation frameworks and scripts using Python, Pytest, and BDD frameworks
• Execute integration, regression, and performance testing
• Research and implement alternate automated testing tools
• Use TestRail to maintain test suites and analyze failures
• Collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives and mentor other engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Data Platforms, Machine Learning, and APIs
• Experience integrating testing artifacts with CI/CD pipelines
• P&C Insurance domain knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux, SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with shell scripting
• Knowledge of AWS, DevOps, and AI
• Strong problem-solving and technical articulation skills
