Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound strategy across ICP, messaging, channels, and cadence library
  • Coach SDR pod via standups, call reviews, objection drills, and live copy iterations
  • Run weekly pipeline math; optimize activity, conversion, and coverage to hit SAL/SQL goals
  • Partner with marketing and revops on lead routing, SLAs, and feedback loops
  • Maintain tool stack (sequencer, intent, data) and enforce strong CRM hygiene

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in outbound/BDR, including 2+ years coaching/managing SDRs
  • Proven multi-channel cadences (email, phone, LinkedIn) that convert to meetings
  • Strong CRM and sequencing expertise (Zoho CRM; Outreach/HubSpot/Salesloft or similar)
  • Comfortable working backwards from SAL/SQL targets with dashboard-driven coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for founder/exec outreach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building cadence libraries and objection handling playbooks
  • Hands-on with intent/data providers and experimentation frameworks
  • Track record partnering with marketing/revops on SLAs and lead routing
  • SaaS or services experience across MENA; startup/scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in pipeline coverage modeling and capacity planning
