Security Engineer - F5 & PAM

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP modules including LTM, GTM, and ASM.
• Implement advanced traffic management, load balancing, and SSL offloading to optimize application performance.
• Develop and enforce F5 security policies and Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules.
• Manage and configure Fortinet firewalls according to industry best practices.
• Perform day-to-day operations, health checks, updates, and patching for Fortinet and CyberArk devices.
• Monitor environments to detect, identify, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Utilize incident, change, and release management practices to resolve security-related issues.
• Conduct site assessments, manage security device inventory, and support security audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with F5 products (LTM, GTM, ASM).
• Strong experience in Fortinet technologies with a focus on firewall management.
• Solid understanding of security concepts, latest threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with incident, event, problem, and change management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CyberArk Certified Defender, or similar.
• Experience managing security audits and compliance requirements.
