Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to customer within the deadline.
  • Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement.
  • Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes.
  • Visiting and training seller's site operations.
  • Prepare operational quality metrics reports ( "on time in full" order management).
  • Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects.
  • Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
  • At least 3 years of experience, supplier management.
  • Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge).
  • Good team player with strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
