Our team works with brands, CMOs, and founders across consumer, healthcare, tech, B2B, travel, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and building strong relationships
• Develop and implement innovative PR strategies aligned with client business goals
• Lead and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Oversee the execution of PR campaigns to ensure timely delivery and measurable results
• Manage client budgets, resources, and annual planning
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts in the law and finance sectors
• Secure media coverage and manage media inquiries
• Oversee the development of compelling content including press releases, articles, and social media posts
• Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights
• Contribute to new business initiatives, including proposals and pitching

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of PR experience, primarily in an agency setting
• At least 7 years in a team leadership role with budget and staffing responsibilities
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams and conducting annual reviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills following AP standards
• Deep understanding of the law and finance media landscape
• Established media contacts and a track record of securing top-tier coverage
• Strong ability to coach and influence C-suite executives
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
