Job description

Responsibilities

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
  • Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Prospect and cultivate new business within specific geographic territories
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to grow market utilization
  • Manage the full product sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing
  • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of successful sales and meeting targets
  • Strong presentation, listening, and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Background in Women's Health
  • Clinical laboratory experience
  • Existing convertible book of business
