Job description
Responsibilities
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospect and cultivate new business within specific geographic territories
- Create and implement strategic business plans to grow market utilization
- Manage the full product sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing
- Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of successful sales and meeting targets
- Strong presentation, listening, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup environment
- Background in Women's Health
- Clinical laboratory experience
- Existing convertible book of business
