Job description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across the GCC region.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing customers through upsell and cross-selling cycles.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Build and execute market expansion plans to grow the customer base across the GCC.
  • Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive joint sales activities.
  • Support the technical sales cycle by participating in scoping sessions, product demos, and high-level architecture discussions.
  • Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) with technical teams to ensure smooth execution and customer requirement alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in selling complex enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Direct experience managing accounts and driving regional expansion within the GCC market.
  • Strong presales capabilities, including conducting product demos, presentations, and requirement analysis.
  • Solid understanding of software, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • BSc in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
