Job description
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across the GCC region.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive expansion.
- Identify new opportunities within existing customers through upsell and cross-selling cycles.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives.
- Build and execute market expansion plans to grow the customer base across the GCC.
- Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive joint sales activities.
- Support the technical sales cycle by participating in scoping sessions, product demos, and high-level architecture discussions.
- Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) with technical teams to ensure smooth execution and customer requirement alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- Proven track record in selling complex enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Direct experience managing accounts and driving regional expansion within the GCC market.
- Strong presales capabilities, including conducting product demos, presentations, and requirement analysis.
- Solid understanding of software, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- BSc in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
