Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales activities across the defense and national security segment
  • Build and grow relationships with defense primes and uncrewed systems OEMs
  • Develop and execute capture plans for defense opportunities including OTAs and SBIR/STTR transitions
  • Engage program offices, contracting officers, and operational end users
  • Identify and manage teaming arrangements and integrator partnerships
  • Maintain a multi-year pipeline reflecting defense budget and acquisition cycles
  • Partner with marketing and product to tailor defense-specific messaging
  • Represent the company at key defense and uncrewed systems events
  • Travel approximately 30–40% to customer sites and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in defense technology, uncrewed systems, or safety-critical technology sales
  • Proven success selling integrated hardware/software solutions into defense primes or DoD customers
  • Working knowledge of defense acquisition pathways (FAR/DFARS, OTAs, SBIR/STTR)
  • Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder capture cycles
  • Consistent record of exceeding quota in complex technical sales environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Must be a U.S. person due to ITAR requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level
