About the Company

Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to transform the healthcare economy. We partner with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using data-driven insights, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue responsibilities for the fully and self-insured market, focusing on the 50-500 life segment
  • Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking the fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
  • Manage relationships within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
  • Strong ability to present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
  • Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Must be able to work without visa sponsorship
