Responsibilities
- Expand relationships with existing customers across all verticals to widen the Collibra footprint.
- Prospect for net new accounts and build greenfield territories within the Middle East.
- Manage complex SaaS sales cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping through to negotiation and close.
- Maintain an active deal pipeline and provide reliable, accurate forecasting via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers using a consultative sales process to identify value and ROI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, specifically within the data management software domain.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or overachieving SaaS sales quotas.
- Experience navigating complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows or solve business challenges.
- Experience in both greenfield and expansion territories.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
