Senior Account Executive

For more than 16 years, MonetizeMore has helped digital publishers grow advertising revenue, improve traffic quality, and build more sustainable monetization strategies. We work with high-traffic publishers around the world and are supported by a fully remote team of more than 100 people.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC
• Create opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and industry relationships
• Lead discovery to uncover commercial, technical, and operational challenges
• Build clear business cases around revenue growth and traffic protection
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation and close
• Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity data in Salesforce
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to onboarding and identify expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Experience from either the sell side or buy side of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Track record of building pipeline and progressing complex enterprise-level deals
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising, eCPM, fill rate, and invalid traffic
• Experience with mobile app publishers or app monetization is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with web/mobile publishers, advertisers, or ad-tech platforms
• Experience selling publisher inventory to DV360 advertisers
• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to EMEA or APAC markets
