Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts ensuring compliance with risk, profitability, and financial controls
- Monitor client financial conditions and industry trends to minimize losses
- Ensure all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structures
- Document all relationships to ensure required legal documentation is met
- Resolve factoring and asset-based lending service problems
- Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval
- Propose policy and procedure changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and provide customer service
