About the Company

BlackSky is a real-time intelligence company that operates an advanced space-based intelligence platform. They provide satellite imagery, automated analytics, and high-frequency monitoring to military, intelligence, and commercial customers worldwide to deliver strategic foresight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships for key international government customers
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic government accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal product priorities and deliveries
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Product Operations to meet commitments
  • Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term retention
  • Meet revenue objectives and expand relationships within assigned accounts
  • Identify and engage technical, operational, and leadership decision-makers
  • Proactively resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction or renewal outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or analytical field
  • Minimum 8 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Program Management supporting government/defense
  • At least 5 years delivering geospatial or imagery products and services
  • 3-5 years managing government or large commercial accounts with renewal responsibility
  • Direct experience supporting international Ministries of Defense
  • Experience owning strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven responsibility for revenue, contract performance, or account growth
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer milestones
  • Ability to translate mission needs into product requirements
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Previous military or government service in imagery, intelligence, ISR, or geospatial operations
  • Direct experience with remote sensing or imagery analytics
  • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or MBA
  • Experience working with international defense or intelligence organizations
  • Experience supporting high-growth, technology-driven organizations
