Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial growth plans and execute renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Negotiate complex commercial proposals including discounts and SLA compensations
  • Analyze client ROI using CRM and BI data to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Translate client business metrics into actionable product feedback
  • Drive platform onboarding for newly signed accounts
  • Unblock operational issues across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Support teams
  • Document client requests and feature updates in CRM, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Mentor and upskill internal team members
  • Deliver product upgrade presentations to clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B Platform Provider experience in iGaming
  • Advanced commercial negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming landscape and operator challenges
  • Technical literacy regarding SDLC and release management
  • Experience with CRM, BI, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Asana
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience training or mentoring junior Account Managers
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel modeling, PowerPoint)
  • Existing network of operator contacts in the iGaming industry
