Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to ensure executive engagement and alignment on ROI
- Build strong executive champions and foster trust-based relationships through strategic engagements
- Manage implementation kickoffs and establish key executive and admin relationships
- Proactively showcase ROI and identify opportunities for account expansion
- Drive consumption forecasting and proactive discussions regarding customer contracts
- Achieve logo retention, net-retention, renewal, and expansion targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management or customer success experience at a B2B SaaS startup
- Proven experience managing high-touch healthcare and enterprise customer relationships
- Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing renewal, retention, and upsell targets
- Experience creating growth plans and strategic business reviews
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and G Suite
- Strong ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
