Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to ensure executive engagement and alignment on ROI
  • Build strong executive champions and foster trust-based relationships through strategic engagements
  • Manage implementation kickoffs and establish key executive and admin relationships
  • Proactively showcase ROI and identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Drive consumption forecasting and proactive discussions regarding customer contracts
  • Achieve logo retention, net-retention, renewal, and expansion targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or customer success experience at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Proven experience managing high-touch healthcare and enterprise customer relationships
  • Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing renewal, retention, and upsell targets
  • Experience creating growth plans and strategic business reviews
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and G Suite
  • Strong ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
