Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of multiple influencer marketing programs from RFP through campaign wrap-up
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and relationship owner
• Partner with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams to ensure successful execution
• Develop project timelines, manage campaign workstreams, and coordinate creator operations handoffs
• Lead the development of campaign recap presentations to tell a compelling performance story
• Support and coach Associate Account Managers and establish best practices

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in account management, campaign management, or client services within an agency or digital marketing environment
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leading client conversations
• Experience coordinating work across strategy, creative, media, analytics, and production
• Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows including creator sourcing and content approvals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and creator management tools
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across paid social, influencer, and digital media
• Familiarity with campaign reporting, measurement, and performance analysis
