Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Key Accounts (QSRs, national/international accounts, local partners) across Dubai.
  • Lead a small team of Key Account Managers (approx. 2-3) and mentor Account Executives to drive account growth and operational health.
  • Own negotiations, long-term account planning and complex problem solving; act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your segment.
  • Build and execute data-driven growth plans and commercial strategies for your portfolio.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day operations contacts; collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal workstreams.
  • Represent the voice of major Key Accounts and contribute to scaling best practices across the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong commercial negotiation experience
  • Experience designing account growth plans and using data to influence decisions
