Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and strong stakeholder trust
  • Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks
  • Guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across engagements
  • Monitor account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting inputs to senior leadership
  • Identify and resolve risks early, acting as the main point of escalation for your accounts
  • Translate customer goals into clear, structured creative programs
  • Use performance data and insights to support QBRs and renewal conversations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery and account strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments
  • Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals
  • Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers
  • Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect delivery to business outcomes
