Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and strong stakeholder trust
- Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks
- Guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across engagements
- Monitor account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting inputs to senior leadership
- Identify and resolve risks early, acting as the main point of escalation for your accounts
- Translate customer goals into clear, structured creative programs
- Use performance data and insights to support QBRs and renewal conversations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery and account strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments
- Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals
- Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers
- Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect delivery to business outcomes
