Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity ERP close processes using Sage Intacct
• Prepare and organize detailed workpapers for financial close and audits
• Oversee daily and weekly soft closes to ensure account balance
• Apply GAAP principles to ensure compliant financial statement preparation
• Manage multiple accounting platforms including AP, AR, and spend management software
• Lead AP and Spend Management teams to ensure accurate transaction categorization
• Execute reconciliations for balance sheet, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets
• Support compliance activities including cost reporting and 1099 filings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 3 years with a Master's)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is required
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Experience working in a multi-entity environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
