Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute complete accounting cycles for multi-national group entities across India, UAE and the US.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payment processing and payroll operations.
  • Ensure Indian and UAE tax compliance including GST, TDS, VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using cloud-based accounting platforms (Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Coordinate cross-departmental finance operations and provide support to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
  • Support management with timely financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in startups.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and familiarity with UAE VAT/CT.
  • Experience handling multi-entity and international accounting operations.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks.
  • End-to-end accounting process expertise including payroll processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.
  • Prior exposure to cloud accounting for multi-entity groups.
  • Professional qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) or working towards one.
