Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow monitoring and reconciliations of fiat and digital assets
• Support the development and improvement of accounting systems, processes, and tools
• Collaborate with external auditors and advisors for audit preparation and support
• Help develop, monitor, and report on the company’s operating budget
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or fintech industries
