Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and automation by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
• Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities
• Build scalable reconciliation frameworks for month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements
• Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale
• Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and in consolidation
• Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis
• Analyze revenue contracts to ensure appropriate accounting under ASC 606
• Ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner
• Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and acquisition integrations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive automation
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Exposure to fintech, payments, or crypto-native companies
• Big 4 experience and/or CPA designation
