Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations including project-based invoicing, progress billings, and receivables tracking
• Review invoice accuracy against contracts, insurance estimates, and supplemental approvals
• Resolve billing discrepancies with project managers, sales representatives, or insurance adjusters
• Manage collections and respond to inquiries from homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance carriers
• Support revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and tracking job costing
• Optimize financial systems like QuickBooks Online and JobNimbus through process improvements and automation
• Communicate billing and payment statuses professionally with clients, insurers, and subcontractors

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies
• Strong focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations
• Experience in construction, roofing, or field services preferred
• Proven ability to manage the full billing cycle in project-based environments
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with roofing/construction platforms such as JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or CompanyCam
• Understanding of insurance billing, estimates, and supplement processes
• Professional fluency in English
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Xactimate
• Experience with Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, or ClickUp
• Awareness of AI and automation tools in construction finance
