Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quotes to collections
• Reconcile discrepancies and track receivables
• Review accuracy against order forms and resolve issues with sales or customers
• Support revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and reviewing SQL outputs
• Optimize systems like QuickBooks Online and Stripe through automation and process improvements
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing and payment status

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies
• Proven experience managing the full quote-to-cash revenue cycle
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe
• Ability to review SQL query outputs for accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
• Experience with process improvements and system upgrades
• Familiarity with startup accounting practices
• Professional fluency in English
• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter
