Senior Advertising Manager - Paid Media

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal account teams and external clients to develop and execute retail media strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Translate performance data into compelling client narratives regarding incrementality and profitability
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
• Stay current on retail media trends and platform updates to bring new testing opportunities to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale digital advertising or retail media accounts
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon (including DSP), Walmart Connect, Instacart, or Kroger
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic recommendations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG or food & beverage categories
• Amazon Ads Certification or other retail media network certifications
