Senior Advisor - Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level projects with high complexity and organizational impact
• Partner with C-suite executives to develop sustainable practices and hospital revenue models
• Provide organizational support for the AI organization with a focus on portfolio management
• Manage OKRs and ensure alignment with strategic digital goals
• Mentor data scientists and managers on organizational engagement
• Oversee hiring activities and manage intake processes for the AI team
• Coordinate external resources to drive project execution
• Support build-versus-partner decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 15 years of directly relevant experience including 5 years of leadership experience
• Master's degree may offset 2 years of required experience
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision
• Must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Vice President, or Senior Director in technical operations
• Background in product development and the technology sector
• Track record of developing operating models for AI/ML technologies
• Experience working across diverse teams including AI scientists and engineers
