Senior AI Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities
• Design, build, and optimize systems connecting LLMs to grounded data
• Enable AI to take intelligent actions in real-world workflows
• Partner with leadership to identify, scope, and deliver agentic AI use cases
• Collaborate in shaping the AI roadmap
• Contribute to the commercialization of AI products and internal AI capabilities

Requirements

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with agentic AI capabilities
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with system design and optimization
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and roadmap planning
