Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead junior members of the Applied AI Engineering team technically
• Identify AI application opportunities for business impact
• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualization for business understanding and LLM application usage
• Develop patterns to improve the scalability of LLM applications
• Optimize the development stack for the Applied AI Engineering team (CI/CD, library exploration, etc.)
• Develop AI applications using Vector Databases, LLMs, Single agents, and Multi agents
• Develop validation pipelines for LLM applications, including datasets and LLM-as-a-judge
• Develop small back-end and front-end components for LLM application proof of concepts
• Actively research technical blogs, papers, and video conferences to generate hypotheses for LLM application improvement

Requirements

• Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or LLM APIs
• Communication skills in technical topics related to Software Engineering, Data Science, or LLMs
• Familiarity with Python, Git, and Software Engineering best practices
• Experience in mentoring people
• English proficiency for studying technical blogs and AI papers
• Proactivity and teamwork skills
