Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation for Generative AI workloads
• Orchestrate data flow between AI services, databases, and backend systems
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying Generative AI services
• Develop systems for ingesting diverse data sources including text, images, and code
• Integrate external AI services and LLMs through APIs and SDKs
• Design and implement RAG pipelines to enhance AI capabilities with external knowledge
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting Generative AI applications
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend infrastructure
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for AI services and pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on pipelines and backend systems
• Expertise in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency with vector databases and similarity search applications
• Proven experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering
• Experience with RESTful API development
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OCR and document processing technologies
• Experience with MLOps practices for Generative AI
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
• Advanced experience with vector database optimization for Generative AI
