Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows to reduce delivery time and cognitive load
• Build reusable accelerators, templates, and shared services for cross-functional teams
• Apply orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith to build agentic systems
• Architect and build LLM- and ML-powered solutions for digital journeys and call-center workflows
• Develop end-to-end systems using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build and operate production LLM systems, including RAG and agent-based architectures
• Mentor engineers and shape shared engineering standards and documentation

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building production AI/ML systems
• Proven ability to architect modular, scalable AI solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• Production experience with LLM applications using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith
• Experience with agent orchestration and automation tools (MCPs)
• Experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
• Understanding of traditional ML and how it complements generative AI
