Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines that augment customer-facing products and internal workflows.
• Design and implement agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration to automate testing, troubleshooting, and decision-making at scale.
• Lead fine-tuning, context engineering, and dataset adaptation (SFT/LoRA) using proprietary data while ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Build production-ready model serving, vector DB integrations, and inference optimization in cloud environments.
• Define observability, metrics, and feedback loops for continuous model performance improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to prioritize AI features and measure business impact.
• Drive experimentation with emerging AI technologies to identify new revenue and efficiency opportunities.
