Senior AI Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise applications and AI roadmap aligned to UAE business objectives.
• Lead implementation, upgrade and integration projects across ERP, HCM, CRM and cloud platforms.
• Oversee architecture, data flows, API integrations and AI/ML enablement across systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, SLAs and third-party integrations.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data protection and audit requirements specific to UAE operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for the applications and AI teams.
• Control budgets, timelines, resource allocation and delivery risk for enterprise programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in enterprise applications or related roles in large organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle platforms, PL/SQL and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional delivery teams and vendor engagements.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and system architecture.
• Experience with data security, governance and compliance in UAE or MENA jurisdictions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Certifications in Oracle, cloud platforms or enterprise architecture.
• Prior experience implementing AI/ML features into enterprise applications.
• Exposure to ERP/HRIS transformation programs and large-scale integrations.
• Experience working within UAE organizations and hybrid delivery models.
