Senior AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of AI initiatives
• Lead AI products through the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment
• Work with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to translate problems into AI solutions
• Establish success criteria and measurement frameworks for each initiative
• Coordinate across product, platform, and clinical teams
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner options for new capabilities
• Ensure AI products meet clinical validation requirements
• Monitor the competitive and market landscape

Requirements

• 5 or more years of product management experience in healthcare or digital health
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI or data-driven products in complex environments
• Technical fluency to work with data scientists and engineers
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or revenue cycle
• Experience defining and tracking product KPIs
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic and its AI ecosystem
• Familiarity with clinical AI applications like ambient documentation or clinical decision support
• Experience working within agile delivery teams in a healthcare environment
• Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI principles
