Senior Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle for medical devices
• Select and implement appropriate ML, DL, or statistical methods for specific problems
• Enhance internal DL/ML tools to boost team efficiency and enable rapid experimentation
• Implement best practices for testing, documentation, and CI/CD
• Present results to stakeholders and support client-facing projects

Requirements

• Over 5 years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning
• Proven track record of bringing algorithms into production in health sciences or regulated fields
• Proficiency in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks
• Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics
• Knowledge of latest Deep Learning advances such as Transformer/ViT
• Experience with biosignals, medical imaging, or large time-series datasets
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices including version control and Dockerization
