Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as primary escalation point for complex and sensitive fraud cases.
- Conduct timely investigations for complex and sensitive fraud cases.
- Own Fraud Operations policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to Frontline Support teams.
- Perform data monitoring and analysis to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks.
- Conduct regular fraud risk assessments and build ad-hoc deep dives/reports.
- Stay up to date on the fast changing fraud landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Fraud Prevention Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom fraud patterns.
- Proven capability in shaping fraud prevention strategies.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools.
- Proven collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Operations and Data teams.
- Strong background in crafting and upholding detailed policies and procedures.
- Comfort with ambiguity and obscurity.
- Proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize.
- A self-starter comfortable working with remote teams.
