Senior Analyst, Regulatory Licensing

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and filing of Oscar's certificates of authority through routine filings for assigned states and regions
• Develop sustainable processes for internal tracking and monitoring annual and ad hoc filings
• Track and communicate filing objections received and guide overall resolution
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned states and develop internal procedural guides
• Build and support successful relationships with regulatory bodies and state insurance regulators
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of licensing experience in the health plan or managed care space
• 1+ year of experience designing and improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
• Demonstrated project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules, and regulations
• 1+ years of SERFF or network data analysis experience
